Reconnect with Victorian food producers and farmers direct at the Bentleigh Farmers Market, proudly managed by the East Bentleigh Primary School/Parent Committee.

The market is held on the school oval, once a market garden site, and it is our vision for it to come alive again as a vibrant monthly family/community farm fresh produce market with 55/65 stallholders. This project, in conjunction with the introduction of the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen program some years ago, embraces the schools philosophy of creating a nurturing environment for the students to learn and grow. It includes a guide to healthy eating and the importance of sustainable farming practises.

Entry is by $2 donation with funds collected to be directed to the school garden program.

We are plastic bag free so BYO trolley, basket and bags. See you on the fourth Saturday of the month, from 8:00-12:30.
